Grilled Balsamic Flank Steak -trying this tonight... UPDATE- yummy! I took the leftover marinade and boiled it down and it was a delicious sauce to pour over the slices! Oh and I broiled it on 525 for 10 mins on each side. No grilling.

Crockpot Ribs- Two Words... THE BEST. The rest will leave you speechless. This is a really good recipe. I used beef short ribs. After removing them from the crock pot I brushed them with more BBQ sauce(Sweet Baby Rays) and put under the broiler then flipped and added more sauce & put back under the broiler. Good simple recipe. Very Tasty!

The Perfect Prime Rib Recipe Standing Rib Roast (about 1-1.5 servings per pound) Sea or Kosher Salt Herb Butter Stick of Butter, softened 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Thyme 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Garlic Powder 1/4 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper Make sure roast is at room temperature by leaving it out on the counter for 2-3 hours. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Smear outside of roast fat side up with herb butter. Multiply weight of roast by 5 minutes for total cooking time at 500 degrees.
